numbers like a song

Does anyone else do this?

Whenever I’m retrieving messages from my phone at work, 9 times out of 10 the person will say their phone number really quickly, like 99893243 rather than 99-89-32-43. (Random number by the way, don’t ring it on my behalf lol).

Instead of playing their message back, I try and give a pitch/tone to each number as they say it. Most times it’ll come out like a little song and I’ve got the number down correctly. Kinda like playing the song on a piano and each number is a different key.

I think there’s a term for this?

don’t you hate it when you favourite pair of jeans suddenly decides to fall apart on your ass (literally), in the middle of the day, in the grocery store, far far away from home.

oh how i wish i wasn’t allergic to that pile of bread over there, i could probably crawl under there and die a little.
