For the past few months, my online store Stitch Baby + Kids has been running and I’ve had a great response so far!
If you haven’t already seen the store, now is the time – I’ve just moved it over to a new shopping cart system due to issues with the previous one. I really love the new look and feel, and hopefully this will help move the store forward over the next few months. The shipping rates have changed but I’ll be posting discount codes now and then.
I’ve just added some new stock to the store, just in time for Christmas – the Boohoo Onesie is my new favourite but I love everything that I have listed in the store. I’m very proud to love everything in stock, I wanted to fill it with things that I would want to buy my own kids or recommend to friends 🙂

I’m still waiting on a shipment of more Tuxedo onesies & new Superman and Batman onesies – they’re so popular 🙂 And I’ve ordered some shopping bags that can be reused in your handbag, nappy bag, wardrobe, kitchen – I wanted some decent packaging for the orders but also something you can use again later.

i’ve been busy getting things together for my new online store stitch baby + kids! (you can take a browse through www.shopstitch.com.au but the cart is turned off until i get the postage module sorted out)
i’ve even signed up on FACEBOOK, which is a huge thing – i’ve avoided it for years but if i want to make more store a success, then i have to branch out a little more 🙂
I’ve finally gotten off my butt and am almost ready to open up my first online store! It’s called Stitch Baby + Kids and will stock some amazing Threadless tshirts & onesies, and super cute pj’s — all for babies & kids. I’ll definately add more things to the catalog as we grow 🙂
I’ve always wanted to run a proper online store, I dipped my toe into selling cameras on eBay and actually enjoyed the process of online retail. I know it’s silly, but I have this vision of me standing in my office, my logo on the wall, half the room filled with stock and the other half filled with orders ready to go out. I’ve spent the last 10 years of my life helping people, via work, set up their online stores but never got around to doing it for myself. Now is the time.
I’ve decided to go with clothes & accessories for kids because after having Jasper & Jovie, I knew what I liked and what wasn’t readily available in Australia. Without having too much $ to start up, I’ve concentrated on what I would recommend to a friend or give as a gift myself. (I still love cameras though, and will probably sell them via the store from time to time – a section for big kids!).
Stitch will be open by August 1st, just sorting out a few things but otherwise it’s looking really great.
