5 things in my life that are keeping me sane and on path right now
one. going for a bike ride.

i don’t claim to be riding every day, for miles and miles – i get out when i can. and it does me the world of good. it’s 30 minutes of fresh air, sunshine and heart palpitations but i love it.
two. Typo
ok ok, so retail therapy isn’t so great when you’re a one-income household for a while, but spending 10 minutes in Typo makes me seriously happy AND gives me so much inspiration. i love their prints & designs, and lucky for me – i had to get a big ass ring binder to help keep all of Jovie’s paperwork organised.
three. declaring it. or at least trying to.
i’ve always wanted to complete an e-course, and i’ve had the declaration of you website bookmarked, jumped on their newsletter list and promptly forgot about them. after all the craziness of last week, i received a reminder email about their e-course and took it as a sign to not forget myself and to actively and continually develop who i am.
four. water.
drinking a little h2o has been so good for stress relief and for getting my butt back into my size 11 jeans. i’m a total stress eater, but instead of grabbing a cupcake or chips, i drink some water and you know what – it doesn’t suck.
five. family.

what’s life without tears, tantrums, snot, leftovers, problem sleepers, giggles, silly jokes, drop offs, pick ups, schedules, free time, story time, sunny days, long walks, cuddles and the naughty spot.
