as a tradition, i headed over to the mind body spirit festival again today, this time to have my cards read. Regan joined me, so he could get his aura read like i did the last time (and with great results).
i left it up to fate to choose who i would go to (out of about 60 clairvoyants you can pick yourself), and it steered me towards the first available, Gary – a very calming but intense man who gave me a great 25 minute reading. i got it allll recorded on cassette tape, because who can remember 25 minutes worth of things flying at you?
again, i won’t go into detail about what he said (not even Regan will listen to this tape!! i won’t let him), but he picked up alot of things about me, Regan, our apartment, our careers, my health and the next few months. maybe i was only listening to what i wanted to hear, but specifially he mentioned me exploring about ‘lighting’ .. and who else explores lighting better than me, haha. two days ago, i ordered a new flash diffuser for my camera, and yesterday i was re-learning my studio lights for my birthday photo.
i think when you need it, someone says something that makes you think ‘i CAN do it’. i really needed that today. but i probably knew it all along.
