dad just called – my grandma (mum’s mum) passed away this morning. luckily, Regan and i got to see her when we were in malaysia in january – but my mother has not been back in years (please don’t ask). my parents had a trip back to malaysia planned in a couple of months time for a big reunion, but it’s now too late for that.
i’m driving them to the airport tonight, and i don’t know how my mum’s going to be.
don’t let too much time go past in any relationship.
