23 weeks: bump update!

just took this photo in the hot hot ensuite upstairs, quickly and posted it to flickr. bump is BIG! don’t you think?

i flicked back to Jasper at 23 weeks – big difference.

no wonder i feel so sore and stretched out lately. i’m out of breathe more and more, and i’m really really dreading a work meeting i have later this week, when it’s forecast to be stinking smelly hot. it’s an industrial warehouse, not sure if their office is air conditioned, need to ask because i really don’t do well in the heat these days (i black out, not very professional!).

but other than those issues, we’re doing great! baby is kicking hard enough for me to see it indirectly. strong, like her brother! i really want to get into regular swimming, but i’m going to start after school holidays finishes because i don’t want to battle the kids with my kickboard LOL

you might need to turn the sound way up to hear jasper’s “muah” – and shield your eyes from my stretchmarked belly 😛 but it’s really adorable and i’m glad i got it on video 🙂

Jasper’s only recently learnt how to kiss on command, and today for the first time, he kissed my belly! 😀

i said ‘Jasper kiss the baby?’
he turned to me, lifted up my shirt (as he does when i ask where the baby is – also CUTE), and planted a small MUAH on my belly.

life. is. amazing!
